Returns Policy
As a consumer you have the right to cancel an order for a full refund, this right begins once an order is placed and ends 7 working days starting from the day after you receive your goods. All cancellations must be made in writing.
You should expect to receive a refund within 30 days, the refund will include delivery costs from sending the goods to you but not from you sending the goods back.
Unfortunatly we will not be able to refund any DVDs or Magazines that are unsealed, unless the wrong item was sent to you or it is damaged.
